comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I stayed for 3 nights in the Queen Metro room, which was exceptional in size and comfort! Having a bus stop directly across the road made it super convenient to explore the area. The staff went above and beyond, showing understanding when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly!
would recommend 😊❤️

I enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and helpful staff during check-in. the traffic noise at night and limited parking options made it less than ideal. If you're looking for convenience, it’s a decent choice, but do be prepared for possible disturbances.

Clean room, convenient outdoor balcony.
Room had a noticeable odor reminiscent of trapped moisture. The bathroom layout awkwardly placed the door directly in front of the toilet, and the outdoor balcony lacked any furniture, giving it a neglected feel. One guest experienced significant discomfort due to poor bed quality, insufficient lighting, and noticeable noise disruption from the hallway and outside. Some windows weren't properly sealed, leading to noise issues throughout the night.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. Rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and include a coffee capsule machine. On the downside, parking access can be frustrating as it’s only available at certain times, and the building's noise is noticeable at night.

It was a well-suited match for a little getaway in Brisbane with good price value. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, which made the process smoother. Be mindful of the parking situation. it can get tricky with limited space.
